It is our aim to upload photos to the site on same day but on occasions, it may take up to 72 hours for the photos to appear, if you can’t find your photos please email us after checking that you are in the right location.
Our photos are arranged chronologically, and according to location (Cairns or Brisbane/Gold Coast). We also have special gallery for images taken during the Eclipse 2012 hot air balloon flights.Click on the image for the location that you flew with us. This will take you through to the individual galleries that are ordered according to
Year > Month > Day
All photos available for your particular date will be in the same gallery, however there maybe more than one page of photos for this date. You can check to see by looking at the bottom of the gallery page.
All images are watermarked for display and copyright purposes but this is removed on purchased items.
It should be stamped onto your flight certificate. It changes frequently. To reissue for the correct date, we will need to verify your travel details so please provide, Name, Date of Travel and your booking reference number in an email or over the phone.

High Res 300dpi original file approx 3000 pixels on longest side, and 4 – 7 mb. Suitable for Printing yourself and framing

The site uses a simple shopping cart system. Browse your photo and click it to preview at a larger size.
Click “Add to Cart” and select your preferences for image size. Please doublecheck your selection of filesize for your photo(s) before you place your order as once payment has been processed, you cannot change this.
Once you Add to Cart, you will be given a summary of your pending order,and have the option to continue shopping, or proceed to pay for your item(s).
The quickest way to complete your order is to check out as a guest, although you also have the option of creating a Photoshelter account (Photoshelter is the company that hosts the images).
As part of the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your email address. This email address will be used for order confirmation notices AND for the email with a link to access your digital downloads. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly.
You will have the opportunity to review your Shopping Cart before progressing to payment.
Find the image you want and click on it to open it in full preview mode. Click Add to Cart. You can find instructions on locating your image under the Navigation and Finding Your Images section above.
Check that you have selected the Downloads tab, and choose your size and click Add to Cart.
Check that you have the correct image selected and click Check Out.
At the Shopping Cart, click on Coupon Code to reveal the text box.
Enter your coupon code and click Submit to validate your code.
If your coupon code is valid, the discount will be applied and your total will now show the discounted amount.
The right hand option allows you to checkout as a guest. Click on Continue to progress to through to the payment gateway.
Enter your email address for invoices and confirmation information.
Make sure you check the box for I have read the Content Licensing. Click Complete Purchase. If your total is AUD$0.00, your order will now complete and you will be sent a confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be emailed with a link to the download page for your photo(s). Please note, this link is only valid for 10 days. You can Contact Us if you are trying to download your photo after this link has expired.
The download page will list your photos, and you may begin the download by clicking on Download File.

There is no need to use the inbuilt Lightbox feature if you are purchasing immediately , but if you want to share a collection of images with a friend as a preview before purchase , or to save a collection for access later it maybe useful.
